You must be referred to the children's Neurology Department by a physician. Patients cannot set up an appointment without a referral.
Current patients can use myD-H to request an appointment, communicate with your health care team, and view your electronic medical record.
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
