Video Update: CHaD shares information about COVID-19 vaccines for children 5-11

Susanne Tanski, MD

On the heels of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommendation for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children 5-11, Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) provides a video update for parents and caregivers.

In anticipation of the approval, teams across Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health have been working diligently to organize distribution plans of the vaccine,” said Susanne E. Tanski, MD, section chief of General Pediatrics at CHaD. “We understand that parents and caregivers have many questions, and I want everyone to know these vaccines are safe, effective and we encourage everyone to receive one when available.”
